PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

RETURNS OF ORIGINAL ART

Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number of Editions, Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order please contact our customer service team (hello@kakeart.com) within 48 hours of purchasing. We cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final however we will do our best to support you. Please mind that a cancellation processing fee might apply.

DAMAGES

All orders are checked and wrapped with the utmost care so you receive your order in perfect condition.

In the rare occasion order may have been damaged during transit, please contact the customer service team (hello@kakeart.com) within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email. 

1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).

2. A photo of the damaged product

3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box

ART CLASSES

CLASS CANCELLATIONS

You have 48 hours before the class is due to start to cancel your booking. Please mind that a cancellation fee may apply and it's kept to cover the the payment processing fees. 

To cancel your class, email hello@kakeart.com or WhatsApp Kasia at +4407922274517 stating your full name, email address and the class you were due to attend.
